Running with my dog

Another impromptu walk that was mostly a run, save for dodging other dogs on the track. Buddy was pretty awesome when it came to doggy encounters, mostly ignoring one barking at him through a fence while her human gushed over Buddy. I always have time for someone who recognises a #malamute 😄 However, a certain intact male staffie got ahead of us and we had to hold back a while to make sure we wouldn’t run up behind him. Buddy caught his scent and was pulling hard to catch up because he has some kind of unresolved dog issues with that staffie. When we did encounter them Buddy was awesome again as I encouraged him with an on-by as we ran past. Now he’s all pooped and rocking the car with his panting. With the windows all fogged up, I can only imagine what people think is going on in here. 🤣 . . . . .
